1. CasinoMatcher Maths
CasinoMatcher "Best Matches" are based on two things: how many of your criteria are offered by a casino and how many are
actually bettered by a casino. For example, if you pick 4 criteria (Language, Support Response, Reverse Withdrawal and
a Country of USA as examples), CasinoMatcher looks for casinos that match the most of these requests but it will
exclude any online casino in the CasinoMatcher database that doesn't allow players from the USA (in this example) to sign up.
So let's say for the sake of example that there are two casinos that meet all 4 of your criteria and four casinos that
match on 3 etc. The two casinos matching 4 are obviously selected. Each of these casinos is then ranked according to your criteria
to see which offers the best service within the criteria required. So, if one of those casinos offers a support response of
30 minutes (when you asked for a minimum 1 hour) and a Reverse time of 4 hours (when you asked for a minimum 12 hours)
while the other is 1 hour and 12 hours respectively, the first casino will
score more highly and thus be selected as your "top match". However, other casinos that were found to come close but were
not selected are also made available to view on the screen via a link, or to be sent by email.
Over time we hope to add more important selection criteria as identified by users of CasinoMatcher. Please let us know if there
is something you would like included as a match criterion and we'll see what we can do.
NB: Bonuses are taken direct from the real-time Casinofeed
service. This should ensure accuracy but please be aware that casino signup bonuses change regularly and the casino in
question may not yet have updated the information through Casinofeed.
2. Casino Inclusion Policy
We would welcome suggestions for new casinos to be added to the CasinoMatcher tool from representatives of that casino.
However, please be aware that our inclusion
criteria is fairly strict and that there is a bi-annual fee for evaluation services. A casino must be using the
Casinofeed service to disseminate signup bonus information in
order to be considered and they must provide a number of
pieces of accurate information for matching purposes. We will also be testing certain elements such as support response
prior to inclusion and information pertinent to players from the casino's T&C's, including wagering requirement information
on bonuses and banking options supported (as examples).
An evaluation does not guarantee exclusion. The most common reasons for rejecting a casino application are a dubious
reputation among the online player communities or for providing misleading information to players. Also note, that
because the CasinoMatcher tool calculations are based on factual data, there is no weighting or guarantee that a casino will
receive exposure. This depends entirely on whether the service provided matches the CasinoMatcher user's criteria and
how it ranks alongside the competition.
